SESSIONS

My clients come in at least one time each week.  If they need more support, we can arrange
to meet more often.  Each session lasts a full hour.  The client is free to come to therapy for
however long it seems beneficial for that individual.

FEES

My current fees are on a sliding scale. I am willing to negotiate with clients who cannot afford to pay 
the full amount.  Whatever fee we settle on will be the amount I will charge for a 60 minute session. 
If the client requests extra time, I will pro rate the fee at the same hourly rate.


CANCELLATIONS

If a client makes an appointment with me, then wishes to cancel, that client must notify
me 24 hours in advance by calling my cell phone, in order to avoid being charged for that
session.  The exception is if the client has an unexpected, unavoidable emergency which
is not under personal control, such as sudden illness, accident, or other major difficulty.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All sessions are confidential, within the parameters of the ethical guidelines set by the
American Counseling Association.  Since I do not work with insurance companies, clients'
medical or employment records do not have to be affected.

CLIENT CONTACT

Once therapy has started, I interact with clients and potential clients in session, or by phone.  All calls to my business voice mail or cell phone are returned within 24 hours.  To initiate contact, please call (503) 402-1974.  I check for messages frequently.  To contact me for the first time, you can send an email to tyler.eric2009@gmail.com.  If you do this, please call in addition, in case the email does not go through.
